La Escondida Ranch Retreat Center Rates:

(All rates are subject to 6% state tax - except for tax exempt organizations)

These prices are for a maximum of 150 guests unless otherwise indicated.

 

Weddings  and Receptions  

     Rental fee:   $1700.00
                       $1850.00 for 200 guests

     Price includes 9 picnic tables and 100 folding chairs, three 6 ft. rectangular tables.

          - Chair set up cost is an additional $100.00

          - You may set up and take down your own at no extra charge.

     Catering, linens, wedding coordination and music are not included at theses rates.

     We can recommend caters, DJ’s and wedding planners.

      Please call if your want rates for an all inclusive package.

Rental fees for additional tables and chairs:

 
     Round Tables & White-padded chairs are available are available for an additional fee. 
     Please call for an estimate.

Facility is also available for rehearsal dinners and parties please call for rates.

$250 refundable damage deposit required for all event.

A TABC licensed bartender is required if serving alcohol.

Half of the rent amount is required to save the date.

Remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Visa and Master Card accepted.
